About Us
TheFlyingTaco specializes in Mexican street tacos and Chicano Style old skool grilling.
We learn or unique style of tacos growing up in El Paso Tejas, hanging out with my family and friends in El Chuco n Juarez Mexico with my tios n primos . We also learn our style of grilling Carne asada and fish & shrimp tacos in Southern California with my Familia n homies in Califas ( Los Angeles). Now as time passed by we ended up in Albuquerque NM, now that's where we learn about chiles n other styles of using chiles. And in Albuquerque aka 'The Duke City' my friends is where TheFlyingTaco was established in 2007 to bring the 'Best Tacos this Side of the Border !' to the public because you deserve the best.
